An old antique clockwork clock chiming on the hour with moving mechanical cogs, wheels and tick tock or tic toc of the hands following a gradually fading bell toll.
"0204_Flexatone_Voice-B_Laugh_01"
A deeper, laughing, comical, metallic machine, robot or sci-fi computer voice. Slowed down with additional harmonics. Scraping the edge of a metal flexatone with a violin horse hair bow.
